The SiteBuilder editor won’t launch, what do I do?

If the SiteBuilder editor does not open, it may be due to the following reasons:

  1. Pop-ups are disabled within your web browser, eg. Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox, Apple Safari. To resolve this problem, you may disable the pop-up blocker within your browser or add an exception for the SiteBuilder editor.
  2. You do not have the latest version of Java installed on your computer. You may verify that you have the latest version of Java installed by browsing to:
  3. Cloudbric has been installed on your website. Currently Cloudbric and Sitebuilder are not compatible.
