If the SiteBuilder editor does not open, it may be due to the following reasons:
- Pop-ups are disabled within your web browser, eg. Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox, Apple Safari. To resolve this problem, you may disable the pop-up blocker within your browser or add an exception for the SiteBuilder editor.
- You do not have the latest version of Java installed on your computer. You may verify that you have the latest version of Java installed by browsing to: https://www.java.com/verify/
- Cloudbric has been installed on your website. Currently Cloudbric and Sitebuilder are not compatible.
